Comparative evaluation between one ultrasonic and two single-probe dual energy lithotripters: in vitro and in vivo experiment in a porcine model

M.Lattarulo et. al

Swiss LithoClast®️ Trilogy has been designed to provide powerful fragmentation and more efficient stone removal for shorter PCNL procedural time. Scientific research proves this effectiveness, in comparison to other, existing lithotripters, as well as in actual OR cases.
In a new study, Lattarulo et al. tested the Swiss LithoClast Trilogy in vitro and in vivo in porcine model, and concluded that the device is twice as fast on both soft and hard stones as compared with best competitors.

Evaluation of intrarenal pressure stability at different lithotripter suction settings in a porcine kidney model

Strittmatter, F., Nagele, U., Schachtner, J. et al. Evaluation of intrarenal pressure stability at different lithotripter suction settings in a porcine kidney model. World J Urol (2021). https://doi.org/10.1007/s00345-021-03679-5

Intrarenal pressure levels with different suction levels were evaluated for Storz® Nephroscopes MIP-M and MIP-L in combination with Swiss LithoClast® Trilogy probes in an ex vivo porcine kidney model.
